Go into your settings, and enter 866, 877, or 888 for your area code, and the TiVo will give you toll free number to call.

You know this must mean that the HR20 is delayed again.

I only wish that this meant the delay was due to TIVO taking over the unit.

After the E* Tivo lawsuit you never know. Tivo may have a better hand with D* after that and maybe there is something in the works..... Nah, I will believe that AFTER 6.3 shows up. Until that I dont believe anything.
