The mix on 361-1 has ACCU twice, TWC, and CNN...

They are different now ...

The "Special" Channels are suppose to be of various LOCALs in the path.

The whole point of the weather mix is to give people access to the local channels in the storms path, not CNN or The Weather Channel.
