Does anyone know what the secret is to getting this mp3 player connected properly to a computer.I have windows xp sp1 ,the firmware on player is freshly updated, and i have windows media player 10 which is what its designed to work with. I love the player so far but its got to be the worse mp3 player for connecting to a computer and adding songs to it.Any help would be appreciated.
