Joey Problem

So I have a Hopper in the living room and a Joey in each of my two bedrooms. Out of nowhere the Joeys decided to not work. I get the main screen that says "press select to watch tv from the hopper" but whenever I try to it turns on to the channel for a moment with no picture before switching off.




I've tried unplugging and replugging but nothing seems to be working.

Try resetting the hopper first, then once it's back up try joeys.

Tried...now I'm back where I started without my any of my recordings...

Hit red button on Joey and select an available tuner or let us know what you see.

Where is the red button on the Joey? When I reset the Joey I get

1. Joey Starting Up screen
2.Black screen
3. Your Joey Bedroom 1 is currently off...press select

I press Select.

4. My last channel (HBO) comes on with the frames but no picture or sound...the logos that would normally be the HBO logos are just a blue image
5. Screen goes black.

My bad, red button is on the remote, it should take you to the tv viewing status screen.
