Very good read, now lets hope someone at Dish can post this in a bathroom stall to be read because it seems they have been doing a lot of 'sitting on their butts' lately.

Yep, first step to solve their problems is to accept they have them. From last Monday's earnings conference call, I don't think they have a clue.

They should follow Apple's example. Don't offer so many packages and receivers and options. Offer two packages: standard and deluxe, with an option for HD. Provide a 722 to everyone with an option to buy an upgrade to a 922 to those who want it when it comes out.
