Hello,

Well, I waited several months in the hope that I could use my E* DVRs on Setanta Sports USA, but that doesn't seem to be happening, I guess. :(

I happen to have a nice unused 39-inch dish bolted to the southern side of the house from an aborted project many years ago, and I just checked and it has a clear view of 97 degrees W. :up

So, I'm going to get a Globecast receiver, but I will also need an LNBF.

Does anyone have any LNBF recommendations for IA5 ?

I've been reading the past threads and may also get a separate FTA receiver, since I will have the dish pointed to IA5, so a dual LNB seems like a good idea. ( I do like world music, and there seems to be a lot of FTA channels on IA5.)

Thanks !

A standard linear lnb with dual outputs should work fine.

I can't recommend any particular manufacturer but I have an Invacom QPH-031 and it's working very well.

After posting the above, I have now read quite a lot of acclaim and excellent data for the Xtreme II 0.3db LNBF (see the equipment review Forum here), so I ordered one of those.
