Ok, I finally got my Fortec Lifetime Ultra! Long time coming, but finally did it. I was playing in the menu and trying to set it up with my Primestar LNB It has h/v out so I am just using V for now. What settings should I be using? I am pointed to AMC9, a few thing popped on the the blind scan on standard lnb, but it says 0 Programs. I have a 36" Fortec with universal lnb, but I want to see if this Primestar is good for anything. Thanks in advance.

Should be Standard, then change the L.O. to 10750

Maybe nothing on AMC-9 V right now.....

Thanks Pete. Appreciate it. Should the power scan take about 10 minutes or so? Is this right? Or am I doing something wrong?

Sounds about right, I just put on an Invacom LNBF (Universal) and a scan is taking around 20+ minutes on some satellites !

84E with a Zinwell(sp) 4X3 switch on a Lifetime Ultra pointed at G10R.
Works for me 10 mins sounds about right. Try scanning for all or it you can move this dish try pointing at another sat.
