Microsoft Corp. on Tuesday unveiled a new version of its Windows XP Media Center, adding features such as instant messaging and high-definition television to a personal computer designed for the living room.

The new Media Center PC's from Niveus Media will features High Definition television broadcasts and High Definition 24-bit/192Khz 8 Channel Audio.

OTA only = lame. I *guess* you could get the 1394 working with, say, a cable box. But that would only be like a DVHS. Or (gasp) how about CABLE CARD? These things underwhelm me.
 
I noticed with the new WM 10 that it includes TV shows but I can't get it to integrate with my All In Wonder Card.
 
So this thing won't have a TV in card for satellite or cable HD?? That's stupid.
