has anyone used this dish as a mobile FTA? If so what all is required? Do not need to. E this exact dish just same "type"

This unit is not suitable as it does not skew the LNBF, reflector is too small and the LNBF is circular 12.2-12.75GHz.

Mobile motorized dish units suitable for FTA would be a 2-way Internet or a unit used for Canada StarChoice service. These units have linear polarity LNBs, skew control and larger reflector.

The Winegard Trav'ler has compatibility package for Shaw Direct (Star Choice), but expensive and on the small side @ $2500.

Motosat has discontinued production, but they provide the best options with the F2, XF2, F3, and XF3 round dishes. The controllers can be programmed for any satellite in the arc and also have manual override. A few of the controller models have a DVBS receiver incorporated and this makes aiming easier. See complete systems on RV forums for $500 and up, but the prices keep dropping as they are monsters and likely to end up in a scrapper pile after removal.
