OK, I think I understand your thought process. Too many neutrons and not enough protons in the grey matter. Jason, you know that can lead to a cerebral core meltdown!

He wasnt saying you were hacking.

Most of the staff is very quick on answering PM's.

When I get a popup for a PM, I answer immediatly if online or as soon as I get online and it pops up...

Believe me, we are on the same page there. I am a ex Dish Network retailer in good standing. I paid for my home subscription just like everone else when I could have used my showroom account. I had many weird requests from customers during my tenure. You get what you pay for and you can get more if you don't. Like free room and board courtesy of the state.
