I expect the Celtics to win tonight. They would have won on Saturday if they didn't go into brain lock in the fourth quarter.

SI.com is reporting that OKC Thunder guard Russell Westbrook will undergo surgery for a meniscus tear in his right knee. Westbrook is out indefinitely and there is no timetable for his return.
