NFL Redzone issues

I have redzone on satellite but its not working on stream. I'm on the phone with directv and they are saying it doesn't work on stream.

I'm watching it right now via the DIRECTV app and website, you should probably try again to get a better CSR who knows what they're talking about and will reset your account like some people needed to do last week.

I believe they call it a receiver refresh, but yes.

A receiver refresh will fix my stream app? I have RedZone on my Gemini for sat but can’t get it on my app.

Yes. The general term for it is a reauthorization / reauth, but DirecTV themselves calls it a receiver refresh.
You might also need to reboot your Gemini after you do that, there is a red reset button on the side just like how it is on some of their other sat receivers like the Genie clients and the H25.

Finally on with another person and says they are going to try to refresh my account.

This guy removed sports pack completely. Says he’s re adding it. Had me tune to 653. That works in my stream app but now not on tv since he removed.

Smh. I asked for a Reauth and this is what I get.

Just comes to show how bad their CSR's can be sometimes. Hope you get it straightened out!

Fwiw, Every company has issues from time to time, how often does it take more than 1 call to get a situation resolved ?
It took me 3 Weeks with Verizon.

DTV applied a 1 time credit for sports pack for this month. They say there was an outage for RedZone. It's now resolved and I have it in my Stream app.
