No signal on 70, 71 & 78 on 10/21

Have you re-set the receiver? What kind of msg. do you get when viewing test
channel 494 the sat. C test, as it looks like you lost the 110 sat.

Thanks guys. I tried the reset and on the H10 it doesn't come in at all. On the HD Tivo it was an awful picture with bad sound. Looks like a transponder problem with the dish. Called D* and set up a service call. Thanks again.

I am having the same problem. I am getting a little bit of signal on one of the transponders but very low. Last night it choppy at best, today it is completely gone. It is overcast and rainy but not bad enough that it should be out completely.

D* came out and readjusted the dish. Now I get 70, 71,&78. Thanks to all that posted.

I lost those channels in my favorites guide. Had to put them back but never lost the actual channels
