Regarding Program Listing of OTA channels that are out of your DMA:

Moto is estimating that "super DMA" maps will be done around late September. Until then, viewers will not be able to get OTA listings for out of market channels that they scan.

New Code Push Tonight Possible - 6.20? There is a strong possibility that it will be pushed tonight. Keep your finger cross. It will fix the pixelation problem on Satellite channels when tuning from a weak OTA channel. This was introduced in software version 6.10.

Disclaimer: I am passing the information and if the code is not pushed tonight, I am not liable as given wrong information.

Here are some recent additions of OTA mapping:

Neato. Any other possible fixes in there? Maybe removing the transparent info menu?

From what I have been told (see my disclaimer on fist post), Transparent Menu is not going to be in 6.20.

Kudos to V* for the timely fixes.

Nice. I am only a week into my service and have read through the posts and it seems the 6.10 update was a long time coming. The fact it has only been around 2-3 weeks since 6.10 and there is another update, that is a good sign in my eyes that they are actively working on fixes and confident on pushing it out to everyone.

New Update (v 6.20)! -- Just updated my Voom system; What's new?

I just updated my Voom system, and after about 30 minutes I am back up and running with the new HAL version 6.20. Any ideas what new additions, deletions, and/or changes came with this update? I haven't noticed anything different, yet.

You sure about the code. Software is normally downloaded about 2:00AM.

I forced the download myself from the Installer's Menu. I was just exploring through the menus and found the update option under "Verify Voom". (If this is a new function - I take full credit for its discovery! :D ). Took 30 minutes, system now shows:

Current Software Version: V00.01.20
HAL Version: 00.06.20
Middleware Version: 00.01.39
Guide Version: 01.98.08
Target Software Version: N/A

Yes you can 'Force' an install now...

Go to the Installer Menu... Installation Wizard... Verify Voom... then pres the Green button to continue... a screen will pop up saying that a new software version is available... You can either choose Yes or No... I chose Yes..

Mine is installing right now.

I like VOOM but DTV makes me think twice (about their new offer)

I had to go to work early just to be able to watch the Olympics!
