Picture Keeps Breaking up...

Ever since the update or after the Tyson v Williams fight my picture keeps breaking up non-stop. It only does it for a second but it is non-stop. Sometimes it breaks up every 2 mintues or every 30 mintues. It even does it on the off-air channels. Anyone have this problem or know how I can fix it? Thanx in advance.
