Possible New HD on Feb. 1

I posted this in another forum, but for more exposure here it is. I was chatting with an online CSR (probably not accurate:rolleyes:), but I'm hoping what she said is true. Below is the chat transcript:

Me: I am an HD customer and have noticed that no HD channels have been added as of late. Due to the upcoming programming packages' price increases, will we be seeing additional HD channels come February 1st?

(03)Susan J: Yes, however the new channel line up card has not been created yet.
(03)Susan J: Please contact us on or after Feb 1st so that we can provide you the detail information.
Me: Do you have any information whether USA-HD and SCIFI-HD will be added on this date?
(03)Susan J: I would have definitely provided you this information however the new channel line up card as I mentioned earlier has not been launched yet.
(03)Susan J: Personally I think that the above mentioned channel should come under the upcoming channel list.

I was asking about getting all hd channels on a single pack


Me: I just wanted to know one more thing. There are new hd packs coming in feb, but if I don't change the price will still be $20 and nothing will change?

Me: I have top 200 with hd, but don't receive natgeo hd

I chatted with a few other reps today, and one of them said something interesting; 25 HD channels will be added in the month of February--with most of the being added on Feb. 10 (a sunday:rolleyes:)!
 
Look at this. At the end, I didn't even get time to ask other questions before he disconnected the conversation!!! this one is going to CEO@dish. this is unexceptable.
