I got a courtesy call from dish yesterday about the roku they sent me and I asked the woman about the ppv expiration issue. She said she would look into, but gave me 3 new ppv certificates because of it. (I had 3 showing expired)

Well, rather than wait for DIRT I just went online and asked for a new PPV certificate. Expiry dates still do not show, but when they send you an e-mail confirmation for the certificate they advise you of the expiry date. Just have to keep the e-mails handy. Thanks anyway, DIRT.

When they are first emailed to you, you need to login to Dish Network and check your account to see when they expire. They ALL have expiration dates!

The expiration dates are no longer shown on the website, that's the issue that started this thread. I believe they expire 3 months from the issue date though.

That's not true. I have two right now, and I can clearly see the expiration dates! I think they fixed that a while ago, but I've never seen it myself, as I've always had clear expiration dates showing.

Last I checked sometime last month, they still did not show the dates. Must be fixed now. They definitely had an issue for several months though.

It must not have affected all accounts, because mine always showed expiration dates which goes back several months, as you can see from my screen print. It sure would piss me off if mine expired without a chance on even using them though, so I'm sorry some people had to deal with that issue.

yes, a real snafu on dish's part. I as well as I am sure many others were effected by a certificate expiring without us knowing when it would. I was lucky enough to mention the issue to a rep that called me about my roku and after looking into it she gave me new ones.
