I am so pissed at this POS! The Program Planner has worked 90% of the time since it was implemented but over the last 2 days I've had about 10 timers set and NOT A SINGLE DAMNED ONE FIRED! I unplugged my box and now I have no Guide data.

FIX THIS POS, VOOM, we shouldn't have to reboot the damn thing as much as a Windows PC for crying out loud.

Yea, I've noticed that if you select "auto-on," and DON'T turn the stb off, the thing will be less likely to switch. Voom could learn a few things about program planning if they took home a simple hughes D* STB.

I never turn my stb off since I record so many shows, so I never use the Auto-On feature. I set some more after pulling the plug, I'll know tomorrow if it worked or not.

BYW, my Dish 6000 has NEVER failed me. And it has recurring timers.

It's worked twice in a row, I babysat it to make sure it fired and it did.

ENOUGH ALREADY!!! The damned thing did NOT fire twice today. My Panny came on at the proper time but the stupid Voom box did not change channels. On one of the shows, it showed the reminder banner but never changed the channel.

I'M GETTING VERY TIRED OF THIS POS!
