R-15 Fox_detroit

I have a customer that can not record channel 636 FOX-Detroit. He is trying to record Sporting events. Is this a blocked out type of problem or is this a R_15 problem?

It's a common problem with the R15. Seems to not recognize some channels that you have subscription to.

I had this with Fox Sports Detroit and ESPN. When we went away over Christmas it did not Record the Pistons game on Fox Sports Detroit, or the one on Christmas Day with ESPN.
