I guess it is safe to say that you don't have a clue. When a customer
is treated like they do not matter, install is piss poor, and it takes
a month, 4 visits, 3 missed visits, you can bet your ass it is time to
let that boat sink. Your right cable is the safe bet, but an even safer
bet is to wash my hands of a company that could care less about the guy
who pays their salaries. Voom is a great concept, but when they will
not take responsibility for their actions, it does not matter how great
the idea is, it will not last. If things were so rosy, why would the
company that owns it jump ship? Unfortunately for dish, they bought
into a dead dog.
