Removing a premium channel while it's at a promotional price?

A couple months ago, i added Cinemax to my package b/c i wanted to watch Banshee. Since the season is over, i no longer need Cinemax. When i logged into my account online, i don't see a way to remove the channel. When i go to update my channels, Cinemax is not checked. If i check it and recalculate, i get an error message saying that i can't add Cinemax since i already have it at a promotional price. Any thoughts? DIRT??
