Setting Up Work Email on TouchPro

No matter what, I cannot get it setup . . . any instructions that are straightforward and gets it done?

I follow these instructions and receive a synch error message:

That error says it has something to do with network/radio coverage.

The normal one I see is the certificate error which is easy to fix., but I have never seen that one. I'm sure more than the 2 minute google search I did would find a resolution.

I know our exchange server I have to turn off SSL when setting it up. Sometimes it doesn't sync up right away even though the data is working fine...and sync's up fine a few minutes later. But I'm guessing that is a problem with my work's network.

still no answer; apparently BlackBerry has a Connection Program but that doesn't work eitherr on touchpro; I guess the question now is what do people think are comparable sprint blackberry devices that work well considering I need my mail away from the office

touch pro works great with email, have you tried emoze?

nope, no fee and it works great for me!
