signal meter for Eastern Arc

Will a Acutrac 22 Pro work to find the signal for a eastern arc install? I know it works find for C and Ku but not sure about Ka.

It is just another frequency available for broadcast from different satellite locations. It has it's own problems such as being more prone to rain fade.
