So if I have this DNASP and revision, will I be getting a purple card?

No, you already have one built in. This seems to show up on most recent receivers, as well as 612s, 211ks and 222s, at least from what I've been reading here. You will get cards for any receiver that doesn't have it, though.

That's correct - no new card(s) for those boxes what shows "241/H02" type.
