I was looking over the list and there is a "price bite" for the pre-order of The Contract for $9.21.

Yes, I use them all the time and have only had one issue (single dvd was lost in the mail, but they UPS'd one 2 days for me, then my original one showed up a week later). All in all a great company!
I ordered from them once and received excellent service. No complaints. One item was backordered but they shipped the in-stock stuff immediately, informed me of the backorder, and shipped that promptly when it became available. It was all free shipping.
I believe they spun off of DVD Planet, which used to be Ken Crane's. I have been buying from all three companies for 20 years with absolutely no problems. In fact, they generally bend over backwards to solve issues.
