Suggested cable size?

I am doing a prewire for a surround sound system which will use a very nice Rotel receiver. I need suggestions for the wire/size for the speakers. The front speakers will be ~ 35' away and the rear speaker ~15' away from the Rx.

I used 14AWG CL3 Rated In-Wall Speaker Cable all around. (click blue links)

AND

14AWG Enhanced Oxygen-Free Copper Speaker Cable for AMP to the wall plates I made and to the in-room speakers and sub..

You might find better deals locally, but my install was perfect 2+ years ago and is still perfect. The above are ideas.

Have any source ( MonoPrice does not seem to carry them) for speaker connection plates, preferably the binding post type?
