They had an end plan though.
The first girl (her name was also Natalie) with Russell was actually involved with his planning, as opposed to being a hanger on like Natalie. She even played that up in the final tribal that she helped Russell with the planning, as opposed to Natalie saying she did everything Rob said to do.
Sandra on the other hand shifted alliances, tested the winds and went where she would stay. It showed some planning and intellegence.
None of those things was done by Natalie. If she had at least written down Rob's name (even if he had the immunity idol), it would have shown she was at least doing something. But alas she didn't do anything.
