Technical help with Showtime.

I signed up for 3 months promotional offer Showtime, but it only shows up in my standard receiver. My other HD receivers says "Not purchased (721)" I called support, and customer support tried to remove from my account and added back and still not working. My case was transferred to technical support pending resolution. Any idea why I can view only on standard receiver and not on HD receivers.
Any advice or suggestion is appreciated. Thanks.
 
are you getting the SD channel on your HD boxes? Do you have the HD Access? If no to the first and yes to the second, then you'll just have to wait to hear back from Directv.
 
I am not getting SD and HD showtimes on HD receivers. and Yes i do have HD access.
Okay I will wait and see. Customer rep said, tech will only call if necessary and likely they won't call because problem is normally resolved.
 
just update. I now have access to showtime. Not sure what the deal was. I had issue with 95 dish, but I think realignment helped.
