This "Ads by Google" ad needs to be removed

Hey guys... I caught the ad again generated from the "Ads by Google" advertising.
This is the one I saw before, which you probably want to remove, for obvious reasons.

Especially since is shows so prominently.

I am not sure why that one is showing as that website is on our blocked domains list. I have been working with Google and they tell me that all is working.

I will have to contact them again.

If you see any more ads like that please PM me the url of the site so I can add them to our blocked list.
