Like so many people on this forum complaining about lack of support I have resorted to making a plea in the forum for help!
My TT will not load the drivers! I follow the installation steps and when it comes to plugging in the D pin to the unit I sometimes get a 'bong' (not the 'bing-bong' that I would typically expect and then nothing.) and other times get the 'bing-bong' and the XP wizard trying to help me load my drivers.
XP cannot find any drivers on the unit and when I download the drivers folder from TT and explicitly point XP to the folder it still does not load. It just says that there is an error with my loading the drivers.
I am really not impressed with the answer of 'gosh, we are really busy...' I would think that customer support would be key for a small company like TT - after all, the worst that could happen to them is to get bad press about not supporting their products...
