TV Apps - Randomly works more on one HR-22 than another

TV Apps hardly ever works on one HR-22, but much more often on another. Both hooked up to internet via Powerline. What else might affect the availability of TV Apps? Both receive the Service Unavailable (5) at various times.

I don't think the apps are very stable to begin with. Mine always seem to work but I never use them. My moms apps never work for some reason and my sisters are flawless yet they have the same receivers and I wired both houses before installing them.

I never have any issues with TVAPPS on my HR22 or H23

I was never able to get apps to work. I changed my router the other day and now they work great.
