Why is it surprising? With all the posts and issues where people whine to get what they want (regardless of expense or morals,) why would it be a shock that a CSR did something they shouldn't have and released the unit to an unauthorized party?

why would e* want that pile of crap back anyways. so they can make the even worse 381??? the ONLY positive thing about those is the ota, and the inputs on the back. i wish all the recievers had the inputs on the back.
