It's currently showing in the guide as "Off Air" and if you select it you get the "this is a special event which is not available for purchase" popup.

Dish is becoming stupider by the minute...

Sounds like the Obama Channel has started a bad trend: Dish selling channels solely for advertisement of one product/company/man. The shopping channels are bad enough, but at least they sell more than one thing, and you can actually buy stuff straight from them.

Wait until they start changing the paid advertisement channels to HD near the end of the year to make their "150 channels in HD" mark!!!
