That's what I meant. If a lot of stuff is going to 110, a lot of moving of existing programming needs to be done, (so I think, at least).

For Dish to do an uplink change its basically mergeing an excel file into an exisiting excel file. They don't take long to do. (From what I understand its basically the push of a button)

It's really quite funny.
Nope all the changes in the backround (wiring) are always done before they make the software uplink changes available to the receivers.

That...and the internal debate on what fake names to use on the uplinks to screw with all of us reading the uplink reports (or whether to just reuse HDPPV again).

Hey who knows, in perhaps election day is a holiday at Dish Network and the uplink is delayed a day.

My change of avatar today shows what I'm looking for. Of course, aside from the logo I found, there is no evidence that channel exists in HD.
Especially the MPEG-4 conversions....However for major changes they do them at 2am. So who knows.
