Is it just my receiver or is the on-screen Dish Customer Service unreachable? It always says unable to connect, try again later. The phone connection tests OK in the setup menu.
Since I've had Dish and a 722 rcvr, and that's been over a year, I've never been able to actually connect to the on-screen Customer Service, to use the View a Statement or the Add programming option, or whatever.
Not that it's really a necessity, but it's just odd. Maybe nobody uses the CS menu at all. The hokey graphics and clunky menus are way outdated anyway.
