[VOOM] Am I being charged for the two weeks that it takes to get Voom install.

I order Voom like two weeks ago. I would like to know if I'm being
charged for those two weeks.

No, your credit card is billed when the installer calls them and activates
your service. I ordered almost 3 weeks before the install date and check my
CC online daily. It was not billed until the install date.

If you are on the Monthly Equip Charge option your credit card will
be billed 10 days following your installation, and then your
statement date will be the calendar date you were install, in months
following.

IE, you install on 20th, first bill will be the 30th then the 20th
after that.

Please consider VOOM is a prepay service your first billing may
appear to be a double charge. When in fact it is for the current and
following month.

If you purchased your equip. the cost of your equipment will bill the
day of installation.
