[VOOM] Hi, I'm new...Install rant...grrrrrr

[VOOM] Install rant UPDATE...purrrrrrr

John from Installs, Inc. called twice, extremely concerned about
my experience with Chuckie and our inability to get OTA local with
"one_half" of our alloted PR8800. I did not expect the calls, as
I'd arranged to pay the difference for a SQ Shooter and preamp to be
installed on June 23 (my choice of antennas). He was wonderful. He
had mapped out our location and channels to a fare thee well and is
sending over his top of the line tech to install a HD9095P with a
preamp and also to check all of Chuckle's handywork with a meter. I
felt that he was treating this case as though it were for his own
home. They are absorbing the whole cost. ($130.00). Puts us in the
purple zone and beyond. He says that WB is coming out in HD so wanted
to make sure it would come in.

I just wanted to let y'all know how impressed I am with the concern,
profesionalism and unexpected attention on the part of Installs Inc.
Very Cool
