[VOOM] How to get Voom installed? Wilt can you give suggestions?

I'm having a hard time here in New Orleans getting my VOOM service
started. I was originally pencilled in back in May but I was hit by
the equipment shortage dilemna. The next three resheduled dates were
all missed because of inproper scheduling by either Voom or Installs
Inc. or the local installer (Emerald Coast Broadband).

I was finally reassured when Voom customer service stated that there
would have to be some world wide catastrophe for the installer to
miss my 17-June-04 installation date. Well, it's the 18th, and I
hope everyone keeps their eyes open for crashing meteors or exploding
volcanos. Still no Voom, and worse yet, I don't even recieve a call
to tell me that the installer isn't coming.

So far that has been 5 missed appointments and I'm starting to get
pi$$ed. There has to be some way to schedule an install date that
will actually be honored. I don't even care if the installer is late
(just not by 4 weeks).
