qwacker2,

My Huntsville Voom install was done by Kidwell Satellite. Had my share
of scheduling problems (not as bad as you), and I had to have a return
visit to upgrade to a Square Shooter to get better OTA service. I won't
say I get all, because 31 is intermittent. They left the original
Stealth pre-amp inline with the SS (should it help)?

The PBS SD channel is not mapped. I tried emailing Wilt privately about
that and sparklies but didn't get a response (maybe my email never made
it to him -- he's so responsive on here).

Voom had an equipment shortage this month that delayed all installs here causing them to be reset several times. As far as I can see this has now been solved.
