I haven't been on here in a while, but I thought I would share my
latest experience. It had been a while since anything had gone wrong
with my VOOM, but then I got the bill on Saturday. $831 and some
change. Now I am a charter member, but I took the money back
gaurantee at the end of April and they creditted the credit card I
made the purchase on for $750. I am assuming that they didn't want
to lose that money so they thought I wouldn't notice if they billed
me that amount on my next statement. I am also not pleased with the
fact that I cannot contact someone in the billing department directly
to figure this out, the CS Rep just says it has been escelated, the
last time something was escelated it took 2 months to get resolved
and that only happened because I contacted a VOOM systems engineer
via email and he got it taken care of right away. I am moving in
August, and I may dump VOOM when I do if they don't stop trying to
screw me.
