Voom satellite down?

Came home today, and again no TV. Called Voom, CSR had me do a reboot and pull plug (which I had already done). Nothing but channel bar at 100 and a black screen. She said their satellite had gone down, and Motorola was working on it? Anyway, she said she had escalated my issue and I wouldn't be charged for my downtime (from other posts it looks like I'll just be charged two or three times to make up for it). Anyone else having the same issues? Voom seems to be getting too much of a hassle, and no real substance.

Their satellite has gone down? And I thought I saw something that looked like a meteorite on the horizon ... wonder if escalation of the issue helps in this case ...

I sure hope escalation helps and helps fast. I have an OTA issue which is supposed to be addressed this Friday with a service call. I just don't know how easy it will be to tune or replace my antenna if I can't even get into the menus or see a picture.

Just called Voom about my service. They told me that some people went
down yesterday and others today. Dont know how thats possible but
they said they are aware and working on it.

On mys second call today, I was told that it might take several days (that's right days) to correct the problem. Why some of have a major outage and other's don't, I don't know. Mine is totally dead.
