[VOOM] VOOM Installer - No Show

I was scheduled by VOOM to have install this AM. Waited 4 hours
until I called them and learned that accordingly, the installer -
Dish Connect was trying to reach me before. But I did not get any
messages (answering machine or post card) at all. So I assumed it
was a 'go'. Called Dish Connect to re-sked but the next avail slot
available would be during the time when we'll be out of town. So the
next possible install date would put us beyond free install date -
7/5. Besides that, if VOOM can't have their installer do a better
handle on install dates, what more of the actual installation. I'm
thinking I'd rather stay with DirecTV.

They cancelled you and now they can't install before 7/5?
That is bull. Don't put up with it.

Don't call the installer- call VOOM and don't hang up until they
connect you with someone who gives you the answer that you want. You
should get a new install IMMEDIATELY, and you should get some sort
of free programming for your time wasted today.
