[VOOM] Wilt-please help

After4 months of waiting for my Voom Refund(charter member to lease)
I got a phone call from Voom on July 7. I was told that my refund
was credited on that day and would appear on my statement today(July
9)Checked both cards and talked to VISA rep- no refund. Called Voom
and was told by supervisor another 6-8 weeks.HOLY COW-I could not
believe this after being called on July 7.I sent Wilt a PM
today.Sorry but I just had to rant a little. Ron

What concerns me is they have system in place to take your money,
but not one to issue refunds. I've been told that they are
restructuring the department that issues refunds. Looks like we'll
have to wait even longer than expected. Apparently, they did not
expect a flood of people wanting to cancel service or switch to a
lease.
