Just reading the posts, makes me hungry. Whenever I get out in the morning, it is full order of eggs benedict, at the local Citrus Cafe. Otherwise, wife fixes 2 over easy and toast, whenever I ask her.

It was a thin one and the corned beef patty was sausage patty sized.

Well, I had a Jimmy Dean sausage patty with my breakfast this morning and it resembled a quarter pound hamburger patty. Mainly because it was, indeed, a quarter pound.
