Huge Vietnamese population in the DC area, but I don't think it's E* policy to spotbeam International channels.

Well, there's Vietnamese programming on DirecTV. They have 2 channels, in fact. Sine int'l programming are usually exclusive to a platform (as in if Dish has it, DirecTV can't and vice versa) so I'd look into D* if you really want Vietnamese programming without going FTA.

There are also huge Vietnamese populations in NYC and San Jose. I do see quite a few FTA antennas around here, due to the plethora of Chinese, Korean, Indian, and Viet channels available FTA.
