Will VOOM fix the sparklies and volume differences now?

Hi:

Now that VOOM is going to stick around do you think that they will bother fixing the "sparklies" which seem to be getting worse on Nickolodeon and the Comedy Channel. Also, there are still huge volume differences among the channels - why can Comcast cable adjust the volumes so all channels are the same while VOOM can not??

I sure hope so, it seems the few SD channels I try to watch have the sparklies so I tune it out. Regarding the volume, it's probably a source issue, Dish went through the same thing for years. Even today, the volume varies by a HUGE amount on HDNET when they go from program to commercial. Luckily, the volume normally decreases for commercials.

Maybe the C-band dish they are using to get those feeds need to be alined or something?
