Trying to drive a 24" inch actuator on my 12 ft mesh. The only four wires cable I manage to get is a Manhattan M4662 20AWG. will this 20 AWG be enough to withstand the max current?

Normal manufacturer's guidance is a minimum of 14 AWG up to 325 feet for the actuator motor wiring. Past 325 feet, use 12 AWG. Good luck.

I use 16 gauge at about 200 feet to drive a 7.5' foot SAMI mesh dish on a 36" actuator (I know 36" is overkill but it tracks really accurately). When I had the 18" jack I was constantly resyncing positions.

Thank you. it will be 40 ft only. I'll try to find a suitable cable. I find it ugly to run two cables, one big and one small up to the dish.

Now I understand. A longer actuator will track with better precision.
