XM-3 is now set to launch Tuesday 2/22 at 9:52 pm.

It is set to replace XM Rock @ 115.0w, where is Rock going? .... and does XM3 have any new capabilities?

It is going to 85.0w. XM will move the current satellite to 115.0w where Rock & Roll will share duty.

Rock & Roll are having solar panel problems.

No new capabilities.
