XTV is 50 adult channels that are streamed through a broadband connection (yes, you need high speed internet for this).
It does not use a satellite dish.
Price is $99 for the box, $29.99 a month for a subsription (yes, this is a LEGAL subscription.. DO NOT HACK!)

It's actually a lease, so when you quit, you need to mail the receiver back.

Still a good deal. You can try it out. I think they have a trial period as well.

Works fine even when set to top transfer rate.
