I got a question.if you are past due on your account how long does it take them to disrupt your service.
 
over a month, and you will get a warning call before they turn it off.

its a customer friendly idea, just turning people off leads to churn
 
there is a 30 day grace period before they start calling
i've gotten within a day of being interupted before becase dish lost my money order
i dont rely on money orders anymore i now pay my bill electronicly

And there are a lot of good people who are just late with payments. It makes sense not to cut off service to soon.
 
new accounts take 38 days for soft disco(does not req 25 restart fee) and 40 for hard disco. accounts 90 plus days take 56 for soft disco and 62 for hard disco. always fun when someone calls me and asks "why is my bill so high???!!!". well, if you paid it on time it wouldnt compile.
